Returns Policy

At ThreeUnite we pride ourselves on our quality control + it is our goal that you are delighted with your purchase. All items sold via our website are in new, unused + immaculate condition.

When you receive your order, please inspect goods for fault + notify us immediately at hello@threeunite.com if there are any issues.

At ThreeUnite, we've taken the doubt out of purchasing a TU Headscarf online + understand that sometimes you may have a change of mind once you receive your order.  Please notify us at hello@threeunite.com + we can assist you process a return.  

Please note returns for change of mind are only available for TU Headscarves (not Luxe Padded Headbands). Returns will only be accepted if the tag remains attached to your TU Headscarf + your purchase is sent back in original condition + with original packaging. We are unable to offer a refund on sale items. 

We require all returns to be sent back to our Melbourne warehouse within 7 business days of delivery.

Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase. 

Note 1: We do not accept responsibility for shipping costs due to change of mind or returned items that are lost in transit + so we suggest using a traceable method for peace of mind. Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your return has been processed.

Note 2: It can take up to 10 working days from the time your return is received to process your refund. Only products purchased from our ThreeUnite website, complete with attached tags will be accepted for return (along with proof of purchase).
