About ThreeUnite

ThreeUnite is the creative effort of three friends with the vision to make a person feel confident and unique, whatever their style, season or occasion.

“The concept behind ThreeUnite was born through lockdown. Having no access to hairdressers whilst working from home and juggling home-school requirements, meant we were reliant on headscarves to make us look and feel presentable during our online zooms” says co-founder Lisa Mosca.

“However, many of the headscarves we owned would slip and slide or were too short to wrap multiple ways. We started to research scarves that had more versatile, easy to wrap options. Realising there was a gap in the market for fashion-forward, multi-option headwear, ThreeUnite was born”.

“We set about creating a bespoke design which addressed all the pain-points we had with traditional headscarves. We trialled various lengths, types of fabric and implemented unique features to allow more user-friendly tying and long-lasting wear. We also sought out a Melbourne manufacturer, for being Australian made was of key importance to us” says Nadia Del Guidice, co-founder of ThreeUnite.

“Launching a brand through lockdown had its challenges, especially whilst home-schooling the seven boys we have between us, age Prep to Grade 7! But when we finally launched, we were blown away by the uptake. Working from home has limitations for a person’s working wardrobe, people have busy lifestyles, flexibility is essential and the need for effortless dressing from ‘desk to dancefloor’ is why headwear accessories are such an essential part of transforming your look” adds Lavinia Thomas.

Now as people embrace a new style of post-pandemic dressing, the appeal of headscarves has stayed strong. Combining fashion and function, ThreeUnite headwear takes your outfit to the next level from beach to bar, day to night, whilst simultaneously saving time and elevating an outfit.

Our bespoke design suits all hairstyles, face shape and skin tone. Subtle, simple tweaks to placement and wrap style can expertly enhance facial contours. Whilst creating an effortless, fashion moment to breakaway from the “top-knot", hide greys and disguise regrowth. ThreeUnite headscarves can also be styled to add volume, conceal receding hairlines or disguise alopecia or hair loss whilst recovering from illness.

The demand for Australian made products is stronger than ever. ThreeUnite advocates the slow-fashion movement, with a key focus on creating high quality, ethically produced goods that are sustainably considered.

“History, fashion and culture has always celebrated headscarves. We’re not claiming to have invented the headscarf, but we have certainly made it easier for people to wrap and style them” adds Lavinia.

Trends come and go, but style is everlasting. Create a statement with ThreeUnite and never let a bad hair day get in the way of a great style moment.

Much love,
